Think Ahead grammar videos
We developed the concept for the Think Ahead grammar videos and then created scripts focusing on more than twenty key grammar points essential to intermediate and upper-intermediate level learners of English. Each grammar video opens with a short dialogue presented in a studio context by our two teenage presenters, Gemma and Sam. The presentation is then followed by a detailed exposition with animated graphics.
Following on from the successful completion of the Think Ahead grammar videos, we were then commissioned by Burlington Books to write and produce two further series of grammar videos based on the Think Ahead format.
Filming for the Think Ahead grammar video series took place using a green screen studio with the Sony FS-7 camera to deliver 4K (ultra-high-definition) images. Post-production with Adobe Premier, Adobe After Effects and Adobe Audition.
Our first experience of working with Sharp Focus was an overwhelmingly positive one. Handed a complex project with a tight deadline, they came through on schedule while always being helpful, accommodating and prepared to ‘go the extra mile.’ The bonus is that the final product has been very enthusiastically received in our market!
